1. Organisation

The present contest is organized by BOBBYPILLS, whose headquarters are located at 12 rue du Capitaine Marchal, 75020 Paris, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer".

2. Purpose of the contest

The purpose of the contest is the original creation of one or more characters/avatars to be used in the promotion of the animated feature film produced by the Organizer and titled “JIM QUEEN and the Quest for Chloroqueer.” .

3. Participation condition

• The contest is open to all individuals.
• Participation is free and with no purchase required.
• Each participant may submit an unlimited number of avatars. However, only one avatar per participant may be selected as a winner.
• The winners will be randomly selected by a member of the Organizer’s team.

4. Terms and conditions

• Entries must be submitted via the film’s dedicated contest page (https://jimqueen.fr/en/avatar-creation/). The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2025.
• By submitting their email addresses to enter the contest, participants consent to receiving emails from the Organizer regarding the film and news related to the Organizer’s company.

5. Property 

• The Organizer retains full ownership of the avatars created and submitted by participants. The Organizer reserves the right to use, modify, and exploit the selected avatars freely in the context of its projects.
• Participants are free to share and publish their avatar(s) created via the Organizer’s website on their own social media platforms, but may not claim any compensation, financial or otherwise.

6. Rewards

The Organizer reserves the right to randomly select two winning avatars, and may, at its sole discretion, select additional winner(s). 

At the Organizer’s discretion, the winning avatars may appear in the animated film producedby the Organizer. 

7. Responsability

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of:

• Internet network failure,
• Data loss,
• Technical problems beyond its control,
• Acts of force majeure.

8. Personnal data

The personal data collected is necessary for managing the contest. In accordance with the GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data by contacting: communication@bobbypills.com

9. Acceptance of regulations

Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, with no possibility of dispute.
